OSJ Reference SeRvice

The OSJ is pleased to provide references for any one in any predicament. We work with all personnel from any background, and the general public, including asylum seekers, to overcome their need for a reference of character or of professional standing. 

The process is simple and clear and available to anyone who wishes to be welcomed either back into society or progress from one.  The need for references has been ispired by staff members who have faced sequential predudice from tehir employers staff or have been subjected to predjudice from the wider community because of stigma.  We having managed and dealt with everyone in teh secret services (Mi6/SIS) refuse to allow their bigotted thinking get in tyou way and thus provide a first calss solution to assist your ongoing contribution, combatting that hate.

Believe that we reproduce the facts you present to the world and stand by you to bring the gifts to the world that you were God given to.

People we reference are like:

- Members of ominous organisations who are breaking free (gangs/organised crime in Governments or street), sex workers, people convicted (rightly or wrongly), teachers and teaching staff, doctors/medical staff, students, religious people of all kinds, addicts and the neurodivergent.

In short, if you are human and need a person to stand as a referee for you, we do.

Option 1

Volunteer or work with us and you get that for free. We will have your line manager respond to the perspective landlord or employer putting you the right stead.

Option 2

• 15 minute presentation (sit down or stand up using only your portfolio) that you give you give about you, your achievements and take 5 questions from us based on your presentation of portfolio, in London at our HQ. You can suggest what we should add and if it is evidenced, we surely will. 

• We will check your hard copy identity (we DO NOT retain copies), and produce a reference based on that performance. Therein, regardless of the situation, you can use us on every application form as a Character Reference and we will respond to organisations. 

You get on the day:

• Your chance to shine and make clear your skills
• 10 copies of the reference, produced and posted to the address on your identity.
• The right to use us as your reference for all reference occasions.
• A Certificate of Authenticity (signed by the Officer in Charge)
• A 48 hour response for references by email and 3 days by postal service (recorded only).
• Please note we require you to email us ahead to advise us to permit reference communication. We do not issue unexpected references. These are identical copies of what you receive on the day with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Option 3

Visitation Authentication

This applies to anyone in detainment settings of any kind. We will attend anywhere to support the release of anyone, at anytime. We quite mean this, and it is a powerful aide to prisoners, asylum seekers and anyone else left in illegal or inhumane detainment settings.

You will receive the same as Option 2, however all of the contents will be posted to you by registered postal mail. You will also be met later when free to ensure that you are at your will, safe and able to access society. We will relay support thereafter by other sources if you are found in difficulty.
