Zen is looking for a manager for the road and home gigs, meeting bookings and performances. This is an open invitation to anyone who fulfils the below and finds the opportunity agreeable. Themes and dates as events on the website to gather an impression.
What will make success happen on the mission:
- Must be from the emergency or military and or religious services. Possibly the Civil Services and that will be subject to meeting and questions, be welcome to ask even though it is not preferred from an impartial standpoint. Honest feedback will be given to explain.
- Of good character with no public criminal offences of prosecuted sexual/professional misconduct or civilian human rights abuses. This includes anyone participating in enforcing the starvation, denial of social welfare funding, enforcement of an authoritarian regime that has resulted in the harm or self-harm of others, being funded by terror organisations (knowing or unknowingly), participating in any proscribed terror organisation’s activities embedded in a government or not (knowingly or unknowingly). Using one’s role to be an immune (lawfully excused abuser like Jimmy Savile/Fred West/Jeffrey Epstein or Harold Shipman) perpetrator for purposes of self-gratification, gain of function (means illegally test chemicals to on the public or benefit by harming others without their knowledge or consent) or to satisfy one’s own sadistic advancement in occult clubs. Be or have been a member of an abuse organisation related to sex/human trafficking abuse cults or have made access to people to facilitate that. Not be part of a death cult whereby people are caught for novelty, amusement, or the study of another and used to abuse, maim and harm to enjoy sadistic ambitions (normally for bypassing cult installed/induced superstitions like ‘generational spirits’). Have never deliberately incapacitated a person to keep them to silence to evade the law for oneself or another. To have protected a person who is knowingly breaking the law using substandard laws and leaving the country unaware of real risks or who to risk assess (known as concealing the enemy). Have failed in identifying a threat to the United Kingdom, believing one can manage that alone by compliance to blackmail, bribery or corruption. Have never harmed or murdered, as part of a gang using civilian laws including death in detainment or private contract killing for commercial agencies. Have never been prosecuted for unauthorised explosives making, arming/informing or briefing militia (by any means) or cooperating with enemy objectives within the Common Wealth. Used internment laws guised under other laws to evade the Human Rights Act/Declaration of Human Rights as a mechanism to conceal/control interfere or coerce leverage with other organisations politically or terror based. As a victim of such, not have a retaliatory attitude to taking own justice to meet one’s own losses or injury.
- Either have their own agency or be willing to develop an agency to employ further veterans and reserves, offering meaningful experiences in employment that maintains and exercises their skills to good use.
- Be strong in confidence and personality ensuring safety in all operations for the public and personnel. Be reasonably well known amongst circles and/or able to interest the attentions of those where access is required by applying one’s knowledge of self or skills.
- Allow the client to lead with initiatives to access/develop parts of the intelligence/security/infrastructure industry and assisting them with their needs.
- Agree to achieving the inspired MOD objectives, promote and develop them as described in the about us page on this website.
- Have experience in operational management and providing a high standard that all staff can rely on and have faith in during planning and delivery.
- Be honest, demand integrity silently/by behaviours, be a clear and faithful communicator.
- Be familiar with the secret service systems and how to use them well in British Show Life.
- Be willing to secure venues, clients, people to participate, train or learn across all levels, giving them life after service, to service, in service.
- Use contacts and organisational skills to uphold the mission and be a key player in the development of Original Success Journal Ltd and the Zillart profile.
- Be outstandingly confident working with foreign and all spies (or willing to) giving them their rights to access training fairly in Great Britain and Ireland (the world). Read them clear rules and keep them respectful whilst waiting for information or updates. Be tolerant of the best and less than best intelligence agencies of foreign powers, leaving Jz Zillart to settle the scraps they have about some things on the show by answering questions. - Be defensive and protective over the client (Zen and the Organisation) which belongs in the future to the Ministry of Defence (none Government Inititive)/Irish Defence Forces remembering that we are doing this for them and all service personnel who need opportunities post service.
- Refuse to speak on behalf of Jz Zillart (the client) without permission and as agreed. Refuse signing documents per pro or on behalf of Jz Zillart ever. Never to lead anyone to believe you can or would ever act in Jz Zillart’s full or partial name or fore given name/s.
- Military/Employment/Medical records remain uninspected for this (and other roles) due to the startling problem’s differing professional opinion has caused. One can or cannot. That simple. Proof of identity (passport) character and professional records (x1 each) will be requested. Having them in hand is beneficial.
- Must never disclose details of shows or people and be willing to operate within the Official Secrets Act.
Zen will happily discuss proposals and see offers on a first come first served basis. A meeting will be scheduled in Nottingham or London. Traditionally renumeration is based on nett profits per show/gig and it would be expected that the same is shown in the proposal.

Limited term contract (per gig or entirety – please specify your preferences), with appraisal at the end on the term, within good time to reassert the contract terms that will enable even more success.
