zillart.com is the public interface of what we do. An easy reach point for professionals who need support or just wants to be part of the intelligence industry or activity. 

We create groups or panels of security and intelligence professionals to operate at home and abroad, serving lawful interests and activity or situations as and when required.  

Zen also builds bespoke training operations for specific interventions using her intense experience nationally and internationally to meet peace and prosperity objectives. 

Zen Zillart Founder of the OSJ and executive consultant ,  is a private enigma assuring  discretion and secret confidence to all private persons, clients or customers. She is an expert in geo and civil defence, a qualified teacher, director, member of high-end organisations, servant to the public and charity. Some titles she maintains are RVS/RSA/IoD

She is a mediator, negotiator and all-round good egg who loves people more than herself. 

Quite a character, she is unafraid of dealing with any matter by consultation and her motto is 'pax eternum' her fathers way, meaning eternal peace.

There are no photos/videos of any persons on this site or any of the works (without consent) Everything Zillart does protects the privacy of everyone. All works are considered black out safe zones. This means everyone can say what they mean, free from the concern of cameras and video recordings. Only SIS/Mi6 (abroad) or Mi5 (in GB) have explicit permission, at their/arranged discretion, to use video/sound in action for national security responses (regardless of the country Zen or team activity is in).  This means everyone is security cleared to manage any situation. 

Zen is a purveyor of free speech and privacy; encouraging everyone to combat excessive selfograhy and the other vulgar  stuff used for nefarious activity.
 

Unwanted filming/recording/live streaming is seen as extortion if using other’s profile or efforts without permission; especially if gaining finance and  garner attention to incite illegal activity.

To maintain privacy, the secret is that one must practise it for someone else, by not disenfranchising them of their rights.

Original Success Journal was conceived in 2001, practised until 2010, rehearsed for another 5 years and finally developed in Ireland over another 5 years (2015-2020) to harden the technological set up. The OSJ was  bought home to England in 2020, when it was established as a British Ltd Company.

During the crisis of 2020 – 2022, it suffered, like all organisations, from cyber and other assaults from home and abroad.  Zen also suffered at the hands personally of the ignorant, the intelligence and espionage industry, who since have a revitalised view of what she does to protect the Secret Services Worldwide. 

The OSJ is a private success network and professional development tool which remains very successful for those trained to use it. It is no longer taught publicly and only by request of authorised approved organisations. Any organisation can make requests for private OSJ instruction. The Ministry of Defence Covenant Partners exclusively have automatic right’s and we remain at their disposal, any day.  

The Original Success Journal Ltd is entrusted to the Ministry of Defence and the Irish Defence Forces in her absence. That is and was the remaining and ongoing pledge she stands by daily.

Original Success Journal Ltd, Zillart and it’s subsidiaries are completing the following objectives:

• To employ only reserves, veterans and their families of the same, in the Commonwealth and the Republic of Ireland.

• To allow the employees and contractors lead the initiatives of the organisation.

• To honour the obligations set out absolutely in the covenant found here.

• To become a fundamental part of the Civil Defence Forces of Great Britain and Ireland, assuring National Security using foreseen intelligence operations.

• Using the profits from sales to provide free education, training and support as agreed to anyone serving/post service or their families.

• Will only use, where possible, those organisations who have strong family and business links to the military, intelligence and service personnel.

• Provide stop gap employment for veterans or reserves on release from prison, detainment and support them to, where it is necessary, to be pardoned by the law or services for mistaken actions of civil defence or otherwise.

• Support parents at home with initiatives to occupy and involve them in activity to ease the suffering absence of their loved ones.

• Engage with other formal organisations, creating opportunities for them to recruit intelligence staff to operational roles, giving them a good stead in training and experience.

• When we get there, have a board of 10 directors, each responsible for parts of the business.

• When abroad support expatriates with incentives, training and other initiatives that improve safety and communications.

• Specifically remember the deceased Secret Service Personnel, with the aim of creating a place where their achievements and contributions can be upheld and admired.

Zillart and the OSJ are totally devoted to engaging everyone and all regardless of their abilities.

Zen, supposedly having dyslexia, overcoming it, and becoming a teacher who once ran a curriculum with over 1036 separate courses (and could write classes for them all), considers these gifts are within everyone.  She is quite determined to discover what gift you have and illicit it.

Her personal view navigates the company ethos and attitude found here. The exclusion of any one group, is not acceptable. You either have what it takes or you don’t. If you have it, we will want you. 

It’s no secret people lean on labels to avoid growth. It is also a very well-known espionage technique, which is a little old hat now, but new news to those who fell for the concealed trade craft and believed it was a trendy thing to do.  Shake it off! People have a way of taking an advantage to gain leverage over another group making demands out of their specific difference.

Therefore, within the OSJ and Zillart, we don’t ask. We recruit people who understand that any limiting label is a disempowering means of self-abasement and disenfranchisement of you or another. We want all of you, not some very important other part of you. As an organisation we hire people to get the work done.

What matters is are you able and willing for the mission? Do we have the resources to make reasonable adjustments to ensure you perform without harm to your spiritual or physical self? And will your attitude to being supported be welcomed without embarrassment or risk when we are doing quite dangerous things? Will you hold out to make our joint missions successful?

We don’t talk much about differences, rather we ask instead, how we can make each other’s day that one bit better. We are nation builders not centrist egocentrics with a superiority problem.  

The OSJ and at Zillart we also have a sense of humour because many of us have survived real conflict, seen people killed and possibly even killed in action. Humour would have stopped it ever getting that far. 

Please be respectful, you have freedom because of their personal sacrifices. They have a place in our society, and we have the benefit of their efforts. 

Zen in particular lends her time privately to soldiers in civvy street, letting them know, the mission is never done and that by the fact of commissioning to service, one’s heart is pledged, often for life.
